It seems Sunanda Pushkar has been quite ticked off by the Indian media coverage of her personals in her L’affaire Shashi Tharoor and the IPL. She has vowed to come to India soon and tell all to set the record straight once and for all. Some of the clarifications she wants to make start from the fact that since she took Canadian citizenship more than a decade ago, she has been known as Sue Pushkar and not Sunanda. She also says reports of her being a beautician or a spa owner are factually incorrect and that she has always been in business but managing events. Pushkar has told friends and confidants that what really hurt were reports about her former husband committing suicide. She says the blatant disregard by the media about someone who is no longer alive has left her with a bad taste. She clarifies that he died in an accident and not under the circumstances reported by the press. In fact, after reports of her plastic surgeon in India talking to the press about her various face-jobs, she says she called up and confronted him and the doctor claimed that all reports in the press were fabricated. Sunanda reportedly wants to carry with her a few pictures of her hey days for comparison and question the press about her so-called surgeries – she, however, claims she did have some surgery after an accident that was not related to any cosmetic make-over! The Indian media would be waiting with baited breath for the Sue side of the story.
